FAQ
01Can I get a reading on the website?
No. Use the desktop app (macOS / Windows) or the CLI. The website is for the product overview, browsing skills and managing your account.
02How is “1 per day” counted?
Each new reading counts once; follow-up questions inside that reading are free. The count resets at midnight in your time zone.
03How many readings does /auto use?
One /auto counts as one reading, however many traditions run in parallel. Your plan sets the parallel limit.
04Can family profiles see each other?
No. Each profile stores its own birth data, history and charts, and a reading only reads the active profile.
05Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid features stay on until the end of the current billing period, then you move to Free.
06Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards. Prices are in USD; your bank sets the exchange rate.
07How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
08Are readings accurate?
